Effective Parenting Group, Thursday, Oct. 25, 7-9 p.m.

Hello Friends.

The next parenting group will be the last Thursday of October. The theme of the group will be “Attached Parenting: What Is It and How to Do It”

I will discuss some concepts of Attachment Theory as well as give an overview of many helpful tips on the creation and maintenance of emotional bonds between you and your children. Deeper and stronger emotional bonds can result in less conflict, more connection, increased autonomy, motivation, self-fulfillment…

Attachment Theory applies to children of all ages. And, as usual, there will be lots of fun role-playing if you are up for it!
