How to Communicate with Teens & Young Adults:

A Group for Parents

Sean has worked with teens, young adults and parents over the last 15 years and is known for working magic with them.

Sean’s approach, however, is far from magic—he has honed a consistent approach in communicating with teens that works in reducing conflict, opening emotional pathways, and allowing for healthy transformations.

His approach is “strengths based,” positive and empowering. Less conflict, happier teens and a brighter future!

Sean will give a brief lecture on some basics of communication that work and will lead your children to be their best selves:

-how to handle conflict, shutting down, entitlement, drug/alcohol abuse, and depression

-when to talk and when to not,

-establishing context,

-creating motivation,

-basically keeping your cool.

The lecture will be followed by group discussion, role playing and Q&A.

Group sessions will run on Thursdays from 7 to 9 p.m. and include a lecture and group discussion components. All group sessions will be held at 3080 Yonge Street, suite 5016 (Yonge and Lawrence)

The group will be limited to 10 participants.  The fee is $20.00 per person per session.

It is required that you RSVP 24 hours in advance to attend this group.
